Das von B&amp;O Bau entwickelte Konzept beruht auf systemischer Holzhybrid-Bauweise auf Basis eines digitalen BIM-basierten Systembaukastens, wodurch zukunftsf\u00e4hige mehrgeschossige Wohngeb\u00e4ude z\u00fcgig realisierbar sind. Inzwischen ist sowohl das Wort als auch die damit beschriebene Bauweise aus der aktuellen Bauwelt nicht mehr wegzudenken. Das sorgt f\u00fcr gleichbleibend hohe Qualit\u00e4t, kurze Bauzeiten und eine wirtschaftliche Umsetzung \u2013 auch bei Gro\u00dfprojekten mit Kapazit\u00e4ten von bis zu 100.000 m\u00b2 pro entwickelten und standardisierten Leichtbaubadzellen stellen wir seit 2017 in unserem Werk in Prelog, Kroatien her. Durch einen hohen Vorfertigungsgrad und standardisierte Prozesse gew\u00e4hrleisten wir eine gleichbleibend hohe Qualit\u00e4t bei gleichzeitig gro\u00dfer Gestaltungsfreiheit.<\/p>\n<p>Die B\u00e4der werden komplett ausgestattet geliefert und m\u00fcssen auf der Baustelle lediglich eingesetzt und angeschlossen werden.
