Dieser systemische Ansatz umfasst die Bauelemente und die Regularien der Zusammenf\u00fcgung der Bauelemente mit dem Ziel der Steigerung der Qualit\u00e4t, Zeit sowie Kosteneffizienz.<span class=\"mobile-only hide-on-readmore-trigger\">..<\/span><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"mobile-only hide-on-readmore-trigger mobile-read-more\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<section id=\"info-container-block_334001bf4fa0ee63253a8123aff0ea8e\"\n         class=\"info-container\"\n         style=\"\"\n         role=\"region\"\n         aria-labelledby=\"info-container-title\"\n>\n    \n    <div class=\"info-container-content\">\n        <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p>Es handelt sich um die Industrialisierung der Abl\u00e4ufe im Bauwesen.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Konzept<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei dem Konzept handelt es sich um eine <strong>Holzhybridbauweise in serieller Bauweise<\/strong> auf Basis eines digitalen Systembaukasten. Bei der Produktentwicklung wurde der prim\u00e4re Fokus auf folgende Grundprinzipien gelegt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flexibilit\u00e4t im System, um wohnungswirtschaftliche Aufgabenstellung nahezu vollst\u00e4ndig<br>abzubilden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digitale Durchg\u00e4ngigkeit des Gesamtprozesses: End to End vom architektonischen Entwurf bis zur<br>Maschinenansteuerung in der Fertigung, Lean-Management und digitale Qualit\u00e4tsverfolgung auf der<br>Baustelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoher Vorfertigungsgrad: Wandelemente, Decken, Badzellen und Balkone \u00fcberwiegend aus eigener<br>Produktion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baustoffauswahl anhand der Materialeigenschaften f\u00fcr den jeweils idealen Einsatzzweck im Geb\u00e4ude<br>(Holz-Beton-Hybridbauweise)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kurze Bauzeiten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Ergebnis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der im Ergebnis entwickelte Systembaukasten besteht hierbei sowohl aus optimierten Bauteilen, als auch aus effizient vorgeplanten R\u00e4umen. Daraus k\u00f6nnen diverse Geb\u00e4udetypologien bzw. Zusammenschluss von Wohnungen)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der aktuell geforderte Wohnungsmix kann je nach Bedarf ge\u00e4ndert werden. Falls mehrere gr\u00f6\u00dfere Wohnungen im gleichen Haus ben\u00f6tigt werden, k\u00f6nnen z.B. eine 1 und eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung zu einer 4- Zimmer Wohnung zusammen geschalten werden. Hierbei bleiben die B\u00e4der und demnach die Str\u00e4nge \u00fcbereinander, so dass von Geschoss zu Geschoss unterschiedliche Wohnungsmixe dargestellt werden k\u00f6nnen, ohne an der Grundstruktur etwas zu ver\u00e4ndern. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variabilit\u00e4t der&nbsp;<strong>Raumzuordnung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiterhin sind die Schlafr\u00e4ume so angeordnet, dass diese im Planungsprozess wahlweise zur einen oder zur anderen Wohnung zugeordnet werden k\u00f6nnen. class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variabilit\u00e4t&nbsp;<strong>Fassade<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t unseres Systems l\u00e4sst verschiedenste Fassadengestaltungen zu, wobei nicht nur die Gestaltung, sondern auch die Auswahl der Materialien von Putz \u00fcber Holz bis hin zu Klinker variiert werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variabilit\u00e4t der&nbsp;<strong>Dachformen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In unserem System sind verschiedene Dachformen, wie Flachdach, Satteldach, Walmdach m\u00f6glich; Weiterhin kann die Eindeckung eines Daches z.B.
