B&amp;O Bau ist es gelungen, die Unannehmlichkeiten, die eine umfangreiche Komplexsanierung aller horizontalen und vertikalen Installationsleitungen f\u00fcr Regen-, Trink- und Schmutzwasser naturgem\u00e4\u00df mit sich bringt, auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Bereits am zweiten Tag der Sanierungsarbeiten war die Trinkwasserversorgung der Bewohner im jeweiligen Strang wieder vollst\u00e4ndig gew\u00e4hrleistet, die n\u00e4chtliche WC-Nutzung sogar bereits von Tag eins an.<\/p>\n<p>Dank der Begehung jeder einzelnen Wohnung der in den 1970er Jahren in Gr\u00fcnau erbauten, sechsgeschossigen Wohnkomplexes etwa acht Wochen vor Sanierungsbeginn konnten die erforderlichen Ma\u00dfnahmen exakt aufeinander abgestimmt werden \u2013 vom Ausbau der Einbauk\u00fcchen \u00fcber die Schacht\u00f6ffnung und Erneuerung der Leitungen bis hin zu Maurer-, Maler- und -Fliesenlegerarbeiten und Endreinigung. Dabei wurden die HLS- und Elektroleistungen von B&amp;O Bau- Tochterunternehmen erbracht. Um im engen Zeitplan zu bleiben, sanierte man jeweils zwei der insgesamt 109 Installationsstr\u00e4nge gleichzeitig.
