Die Ma\u00dfnahmen sind baugleich mit dem vorherigen Pilotprojekt des Bauherr Bundesanstalt f\u00fcr Immobilienaufgaben.<\/p>\n<p>Durch die serielle Aufstockung von Bestandsgeb\u00e4uden aus den 50er und 60er Jahren auf einem alten Kasernengel\u00e4nde konnte der Planungsaufwand und die Kosten deutlich reduziert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bauarbeiten zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Effizienz aus. Der Dachstuhl wird abgebaut und durch ein neues Stockwerk in Holzbauweise ersetzt. Gestaltungsziel ist eine horizontal und vertikal strukturierte Holzfassade in hellgrau lasierter Optik, in Fortf\u00fchrung der durch das Pilotobjekt vorgegebenen Gestaltung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Arbeiten werden im bewohnten Zustand durchgef\u00fchrt, 8 Geb\u00e4ude werden bis 2026 seriell aufgestockt und saniert.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Besonderheiten<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Nachverdichtung durch einst\u00f6ckige Dachaufstockung in serieller Bauweise<\/li>\n<li>Demontage vorhandener Dachst\u00fchle inkl.
